İyi İçerik is a brand of this company. Personal data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
What we process
- For everyone: full name, email address, sign-up type (brand or creator), page language.
- For brands: brand or company name, website or social media address, industry, monthly budget range.
- For creators: main platform, username, follower range, preferred type of work.
- If you opt in to marketing emails: the consent itself and when you gave it.
- An irreversible hash of your IP address to prevent abuse. The IP address itself is not stored.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To add you to the waitlist, invite you when the platform opens and tell you about your sign-up. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- To order invitations by industry, platform and type of work. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
- To prevent fake and automated sign-ups. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
- If you opted in, to send campaign and announcement emails. Legal basis: your explicit consent and your approval under Law No. 6563. Consent is optional, not required to join, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Data is stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site and the database. Cloudflare is a service provider based outside Turkey; this transfer is made under a standard contract as required by KVKK art. 9. Marketing consents are reported to Turkey's Message Management System (İYS) as required by law. Data is never sold or given to any other third party for marketing.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records are kept for 12 months after the platform opens and invitations are sent, and deleted if you do not create an account in that time. Records of marketing consent are kept for the period required by law (3 years) after consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damage. Write to team@culturebase.co from the email address you signed up with. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
